Our Services
We talk quite a bit about the food, but there’s so much more to event catering than just a pretty plate. Of course menu design is central- but the execution and delivery, and scaling up of numbers is something quite different.
We plan and we plan. We love a shared spreadsheet. We know who’s sitting where, which of your guest has a dietary need. We have designated staff members serving the food to those folks with the dietaries.
We’ll serve your drinks. No corkage. Just tell us which drinks you want to have when; we’ll arrange the glasses, discuss the timings, consider the logistics.
Our typical staff to guest ratio is 1:10. This means we stick to our timings like clockwork, and that details are managed with time and consideration. Canapes will be circulated to the far reaches of your group, bottles will be replenished and plates will be sent and cleared to fit your schedule.
