Jaqueline & Sam’s wedding in May was vibrant & bountiful in every sense. Their wedding brief where seasonality was paramount, and where showcasing local produce to visitors from across the globe sat very happily with us. They wanted food to look fresh, colourful and plentiful, and had loved the food we’d done with high contrast and flower garnishes. Their wedding was fun and colourful with an abundance of wildflowers in the bouquets and on the tables. They were blessed with blue skies, wisteria & lupin in full bloom and a generosity of spirit. Canapés to start, then a two course Simply Elegant menu ~ plated starter and part plated, part shared main, followed by a grazing dessert station with local cheeses.
