Jess & Charlie ~ spring simplicity at Scorrier House.

So many personal touches woven throughout the day. The couple chose to marry in Cornwall having spent many family holidays in the county. Their menu was lifted from our Simply Elegant collection. Canapes followed by breads and two courses fitted perfectly with the flow of the day. The menu was simpler in it’s execution and was therefore priced accordingly. A smaller but considered list of dishes and ingredients did not compromise on the style, flavour or volume of food. The main course was part plated and part shared- so the perfect balance of clean presentation and portion control with a couple of side dishes to facilitate the communal sharing atmosphere. The tables were crisp and elegant with pastel colours, subtle and stunning bud vase florals by The Garden Gate Flower Company . All set in the dynamic and light filled dining hall of Scorrier House.
