The Fego Private Tasting Experience

A private, bespoke menu-development session created around your wedding. We'll prepare a bespoke menu : four canapés, two starters, two main courses and two desserts, accompanied by a glass of local wine. Unlike a standard menu tasting, this gives us the opportunity to explore different ideas, compare dishes and develop your final menu together.

A consultation meeting ~ 2 x canapes of Fego’s choice and a good brew of Origin coffee. Or we can meet on Teams as many times as is required until you feel happy with your menu.

How does the Private Dining Tasting Experience work?

At our base on the Lizard, West Cornwall. We will customise and curate a personalised tasting menu for up to 10 people which will include up to 10 different dishes: 4 different canapes, 2 different starters, 2 different mains and 2 desserts ~one dish of each per pair, to share. One glass of local wine complimentary, and you are welcome to bring your own wines to try alongside the food, no corkage.

2026 costs start at £400 for a couple, and extra guests are £25 per person up to 6. 6 to 10 people an additional charge of £50 per person.

This also includes 2 hour long consultation meetings, one to gather ideas and brainstorm, the other to refine and discuss options. 

Availability

Due to the nature of the event industry we are only able to offer tasting sessions during low season and during weekdays. Therefore, we offer them over the following dates and times, subject to availability.  On occasion we can open weekends but at an additional cost of £250.
